About The Courses

The traditional program is 4 weeks. The online program students are allowed 2 months to complete.
The traditional and online program cover the same content and are the same number of hours. The difference between the traditional and online program is the flexibility in which the course is completed. The traditional option is a set M-TH live classroom session and must be completed in 4 weeks. The online option allows more flexibility for the student. The student can learn content whenever and wherever they want at their own pace. Students who choose the online option will schedule lab and clinical to fit their schedules.The online program allows students 2 months to complete the entire program.
Yes, the clinical portion of the program will take place in a Long Term Care Facility with real residents. Lab experience will also give you hands on training and experience.

All payments must be made by credit/debit card online. No cash or personal checks are accepted. Payments can be made online.

Refunds will not be made after the close of the first week of class as the program is only four weeks in length. Online class refunds will not be made one week after enrollment. According to the Alabama Community College Systems Refunds of unearned prepaid tuition, fees, and other charges shall be made in the following manner within thirty (30) days of termination: a. If cancellation occurs within seventy-two (72) hours of enrollment date, all money paid by the prospective student shall be refunded. b. If cancellation occurs after seventy-two (72) hours of enrollment date, but before classes begin or correspondence materials are delivered, a refund shall be made of all money paid except the registration fee. c. If cancellation occurs after classes begin or after shipment of correspondence materials, a pro rata refund will be made of all unearned prepaid tuition, fees, and charges for books and supplies not issued to the student. Once books and supplies are issued and received by students, these become the property of students and refunds may be made only at the discretion of the private school. d. A full refund is due students whose contracted educational services are denied by the school as a result of economic or academic fraud as defined in the Code of Alabama ยง16-46-1(7) and (8) (1975).
